We are the Data Controller under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
2. What Data We Collect
When you use our website, Telegram bot, or contact forms, we may collect:
- Name — to identify you and process your rental request
- Phone number — to contact you about your booking
- Telegram username / chat ID — if you contact us via Telegram
- Email address — if you submit a contact form
- City and rental dates — to find you the right car
- Vehicle type requested — to process your enquiry

4. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Enquiry data: 12 months from last contact
- Contractual data: 3 years (Spanish tax law requirement)
- You can request deletion at any time
5. Who We Share Data With
WeOneRent SL is the direct rental company — we do not pass your booking to any third-party rental operator. Limited data may be shared with the following processors strictly to operate our service:

7. Telegram Bot
Our bot @weonerent_ai_bot operates on the Telegram platform. Telegram servers are located outside the EU. By using the bot, you agree to Telegram’s Terms of Service.
Data collected by the bot is stored on Railway.app (USA) servers with TLS encryption, under EU-US Standard Contractual Clauses.
